The client needed a brand new visual direction that honored the building’s historic roots while introducing a luxurious, modern art deco style. The goal was to create a brand look that elevated the property’s positioning and highlighted its high-end renovations and amenities.
RESULT
After researching the building’s history, neighborhood demographics, and renovation plans, I developed a suite of printed materials that paired contemporary layouts with vintage-inspired accents. The final identity featured deep, moody color palettes and gold-toned deco motifs, reinforcing the property’s sophistication and downtown appeal. From brochures to signage, each asset was designed to feel elegant, cohesive, and rooted in place.
